As the Implementation Consultant, you will have the overall responsibility for the implementation, setup & onsite, in house training. This is a client facing, non-technical, business process oriented role implementing and training our software to our clients.
Major Responsibilities:
- Undertake critical data analysis, interpret and analyze data
- Ensuring implementation for clients are completed accurately and on a timely manner
- Communicates consistently and effectively keeping all relevant stakeholders up to speed with project progress, risks and milestones.
- Providing on-going post implementation support to optimise user adoption and system configuration
- Engaging various stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document functional and non‐functional requirements
- Provide test approaches and overseeing the undertaking end to end, system integration and user acceptance testing;
- Analyze, log and track issues/bugs from discovery to resolution

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and Information System
Strong software application skills including spreadsheets, databases, word processing and presentation software
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
